The use of macropropagation technique in the corm of endemic Alocasia species Kris plant which is commonly use in plant to produce identical individual plant to its mother plant, with the incorporation of the application of Gibberellic acid which is a hormone that is studied to influence cell elongation, seed germination, and flowering of plants. The study was conducted in Carp Village, Purok 7, Kisandal, Magpet, North Cotabato from September 2021 to December 2021, to evaluate the growth and survival response of Kris plant (Corm) as affected by macropropagation techniques and different level of Gibberellic acid, to describe the interaction between the two treatments and recommend the best macropropagation technique and level of concentration. The Kris plant corm is propagated whole, slice in half and in quarter and was soaked in different level of Gibberellic acid in 100 mg, 150 mg, and 200 mg, diluted in 1 liter of water. Based on the result the application of the macropropagation technique planted in whole corm significantly affected the number of alive corm, number of developed leaves, length and width of the leaves and the days to bud emergence while, the application of 100 mg Gibberellic acid diluted in water significantly affects the number of days to bud emergence and the number of alive corms while the application of 200 mg Gibberellic acid diluted in water significantly affects the width and length of leaf and the height of the plant, however there is significant effect observed in the control for the number of developed leaves.
