The study focused on the parent’s expectations on limited face-to-face classes and the educational needs of the learners among public elementary schools in Antipas District in the Municipality of Antipas, Cotabato. Slovin's Formula was used to choose respondents. There are 169 parents and 11 teachers that chosen from six elementary schools in Antipas District were allocated in a proportional manner. The study utilized Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Findings of the study revealed that most of the parents’ respondents highly expected the social distancing, clean and disinfect, wearing facemask and vaccination on the limited face to face classes. The teachers strongly agree in their level of educational needs of the learners in terms of classroom preparation, Learning Action Cell (LAC) and Classroom Observation Tool. On the level of relationship between these parents’ expectations on the limited face-to-face classes and educational needs of the learners, results revealed that social distancing, clean and disinfect and vaccination are not correlated with classroom preparations, Learning Action Cell and Classroom Observation Tool, wearing of facemask is not correlated with classroom preparation and classroom observation tool but wearing of facemask is correlated with Learning Action Cell (LAC). On the level of influence of parents’ expectations on the limited face-to-face classes and the educational needs of the learners, findings indicate that parents’ expectations on the limited face-to-face classes have no significant influence with classroom preparations and classroom observation tool. Parents’ expectation on the limited face to face in terms of social distancing has significant influence on the Learning Action Cell (LAC).
