Further, it also ascertained the significant relationship and influence of teachers’ practices on the level of implementation of remote teaching and learning. Descriptive – correlation research design was utilized in this study. Data were gathered from the 111 teacher-respondents who answered a self-formulated and validated questionnaire. Results of the validity and reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha generated .871 reliability result. Mean and weighted mean were used to describe the teachers’ practices and the level of implementation of remote teaching and learning. Pearson r and Multiple Regression were used to test the relationship and influence, respectively, of the independent and dependent variables. Remote teaching and learning in new normal were practiced and implemented. Teachers’ practices on remote teaching and learning in terms readiness had significant relationship to the level of implementation of remote learning, while, teachers’ practices in terms of challenges had significant relationship to the level of implementation of remote teaching. Teachers’ practices on remote teaching and learning in terms of challenges significantly influenced to the level of implementation of remote teaching while, teachers’ practices in terms of readiness predicted the level of implementation of remote learning. Therefore, new normal has caused massive shifts to education with the creation of the new educational context and teachers play an essential role in new normal education.
