Generally, this research determined on the administrators’ leadership styles and teachers’ teaching competencies. The researcher utilized descriptive-correlation research design to analyze the gathered data from the high school teachers of Mlang municipality taken using complete enumeration of targeted respondents. The weighted mean was used to define the level of parameters, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression were employed to evaluate the hypotheses. Findings revealed that the administrators’ leadership styles are effective in term of directive, participate, support and achievement oriented. Likewise, they were very effective in terms of administrators’ leadership styles. Teachers’ teaching competencies such as personality, subject matter expertise relational competence and professional competence were considered important to the teachers. Generally, administrators’ leadership styles have significant influence on teachers’ teaching competencies. Thus, administrators’ leadership styles can develop and enhanced teachers’ teaching competencies which are essential instrument for harmonious and productive school management.
