Abstract

This study mainly determined the work-life balance and teachers’ productivity in the new normal in the Municipality of Magpet for the school year 2021-2022. It specifically determined the level of work-life balance of the teachers, level of teachers’ productivity. Further, it determined the significant relationship between and the significant influence of the work-life balance and the teachers’ productivity. The research utilized descriptive- and gathered data from 178 respondents taken through complete enumeration. The instrument used is a researcher made questionnaire, validity and reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha had .962. Data gathering procedure by the use of communication addressed to schools Division Superintendent, and the statistical tools utilized percentage, and mean. While determining the relationship of the study, Pearson r was used and the significant influence employed by the use of multiple linear regression. The work-life balance and teachers’ productivity they were satisfied being proud to work with co- teachers are more getting involved with each other and learn to decide what things to do for good in the school where they spend must for development of the learners. Based on the findings the significant relationships between work-balance and teachers’ productivity have a big contribution for the success of the study, considering that the results having a high degree of significant. Furthermore, significant influence of the work-balance and teachers’ productivity, it meant that work-life balance were best practices to teachers’ productivity considering that all variables stated were the best predictors of the study.
