This research study mainly aimed to discover the level of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) in terms of learning environment, diversity of learners, curriculum and planning, assessment and reporting, community linkages and professional engagement, and personal growth and professional development, the level of ICT competencies in terms of social, didactical, pedagogical, and technological. Lastly, this research study seeks to determine the relationship and influence between teachers’ professional standards and ICT competencies. There were 100 teachers that served as the respondents of the study. Teachers were chosen through random sampling. Multiple regressions were utilized in testing the hypotheses of the study. Results indicate that majority of the respondents are highly competent in the level of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers in terms of learning environment, diversity of learners, curriculum and planning, assessment and reporting, and community linkages and professional engagement and personal growth and professional development. In like manner, teachers are also highly competent in ICT Competencies in terms of social, didactical, pedagogical, and technological. In addition, Professional Standards of Teachers in terms of diversity of learning, curriculum planning, assessment and reporting, community linkages and professional engagement, and personal growth and professional development have a strong significant relationship between the ICT Competencies in terms of social. Finally, results from the regression analysis revealed that teachers’ professional standards have significant influence on the ICT competencies in terms of technological. However, there was no significant influence on the professional standards of teachers and ICT competencies in terms of pedagogical, didactical, and social.
